Joffzart posters are printed on premium matte art paper selected for crisp detail, balanced colour reproduction and a refined, low-glare finish. Each artwork is carefully prepared to preserve the character, contrast and fine details of the original design.

The standard Poster option is supplied unframed. Selected designs are also available as stretched canvas or with oak, white or black framed finishes. Please check the selected format carefully before adding your artwork to the cart.

Available sizes vary by artwork and selected format. Selected designs are offered from 8 × 12 inches (21 × 29.7 cm) up to 39 × 63 inches (100 × 160 cm). All currently available sizes are displayed on the individual product page.

For artwork placed above a sofa, bed or sideboard, the total artwork width should generally be around two-thirds of the furniture width. Smaller posters work well on shelves and in gallery walls, while sizes such as 50 × 70 cm and larger create a stronger focal point. Please see our Size Guide for more detailed recommendations.

Each poster is printed according to the composition shown in its product preview. If a white margin is visible around the artwork, it is part of that specific design. A physical frame is only included when a framed format is selected.

Yes. Joffzart artworks are printed and prepared after an order is placed. This allows us to offer a wider selection of designs, sizes and finishes while producing each piece specifically for the customer’s chosen format.

Poster prints are carefully packed in a protective tube or flat packaging depending on their size and destination. Canvas and framed artworks receive additional protection around the surface, edges and corners to help prevent damage during transport.

Joffzart orders are generally printed and prepared within 2 to 4 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is usually 2 to 4 business days for Europe and the United Kingdom, and 3 to 5 business days for the United States and Canada. Delivery times for other destinations vary according to location and carrier service.

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs checks, busy periods, severe weather or carrier delays.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipping label is created.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or handling charges. These costs are not included unless clearly stated at checkout and are determined by the authorities in the destination country. Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the damaged artwork and photos of the packaging. Our support team will review the case and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging. Custom or personalised products may not be eligible for return.

Please contact our support team before sending an item back, as our registered office is not a customer return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Yes. Joffzart posters can be combined across different sizes, colours and art styles to create a personalised gallery wall. For a balanced arrangement, keep consistent spacing between artworks and repeat at least one colour, frame finish or visual theme throughout the composition.

Handle your poster with clean, dry hands and avoid placing it in areas exposed to excessive moisture or prolonged direct sunlight. For the best presentation and long-term protection, display the poster inside a suitable frame.
