Our prints are produced and shipped from Europe. We currently ship to most countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at business@joffzart and we will check if we can arrange a shipment.
Yes. Orders of 150 EUR or 150 USD and above qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders below 150 EUR or 150 USD, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Each print is made to order.
Overall delivery time is usually 7 to 10 business days from the day you place your order. Delivery times are estimates and can be slightly longer during busy periods or due to customs inspections.
We work with trusted international couriers, mainly UPS and FedEx. The carrier for your order depends on your shipping address and current service availability.
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link where you can follow the progress of your parcel with UPS or FedEx. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs authorities may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking the rules for your country before ordering.
Our prints are produced on premium, museum quality fine art paper with a matte finish in the range of 200 to 250 gsm. The artwork is printed using high resolution, archival quality inks for rich colors and sharp details that are designed to last for many years when properly cared for.
Our framed prints are delivered ready to hang. Frames are made from high quality wood or metal profiles and fitted with clear acrylic glass that is lighter and more shatter resistant than traditional glass. Frame style and color options are shown on each product page.
Both options are available. Many artworks can be ordered as an unframed fine art print or as a framed poster. The available options for each design are shown under the Size and Frame selections on the product page.
We start printing shortly after an order is confirmed, so changes and cancellations are time sensitive. If you need to update your shipping address, size or frame option, email us as soon as possible at business@joffzart with your order number. If production has already started, changes might not be possible.
We take great care in packing our artwork, but if your parcel arrives damaged:

We do our best to show accurate colors in all product photos, but every screen is calibrated differently. Slight variations between what you see on your device and the final printed artwork are normal. The prints themselves are produced with high quality inks and are checked for consistency before shipping.
