About this artwork

Curling olive leaves, yellow flowers and small red blossoms fill this Golden Lily art print with a dense botanical rhythm. Blue details and a cream title panel give the busy pattern a clear edge, bringing together warm garden colours and an orderly vertical presentation.

Golden Lily is a pattern by J. H. Dearle associated with Morris & Co. and the Arts and Crafts tradition. The supplied poster design includes a William Morris label and the date 1899 beneath the pattern; the design attribution here distinguishes Dearle from that printed label.

Use it to add a botanical focal point above a living-room console or beside a dining table. Its olive and yellow palette pairs naturally with wood furniture and plain cream walls. Display it alone for a concentrated pattern accent, or combine it with the quieter Marigold and Jasmine prints in this series.
