Orders
Placing an order is simple. Browse our collection, choose your artwork, select your preferred size and frame option, then add it to your cart. When you are ready, proceed to a secure checkout where you can review everything before confirming your purchase. If you need help choosing the right piece, our team is always happy to guide you on WhatsApp.
Yes. As soon as your order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided, including your order number and a summary of your items. If you do not see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it still has not arrived, contact us and we will resend it right away.
Because many of our pieces are made to order, we begin preparing your artwork shortly after purchase. If you need to change the size, frame, or artwork, please contact us as quickly as possible via WhatsApp. We will always do our best to update your order before production begins, though changes cannot be guaranteed once an item has entered production.
Cancellations are possible if your order has not yet entered production or been shipped. Please reach out to us immediately on WhatsApp with your order number so we can check the status for you. Once an order is in production or on its way, it can no longer be cancelled, but our returns process may still apply.
Please contact us as soon as you notice the mistake. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the delivery address for you. Once a parcel has left our facility, the address can usually no longer be changed, so the sooner you reach out, the better. Sending us your correct details on WhatsApp is the fastest way to resolve this.

Occasionally, deliveries can be delayed by customs, weather, or carrier volume during peak seasons. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out with your order number and we will contact the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated until it arrives safely.

We are sorry if this happens, though we package every piece with great care to prevent it. Please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery and send clear photos of the product damage, the outer packaging, the inner packaging, and the shipping label. With these details we can arrange a replacement or refund quickly. Please keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
Returns & Claims
Yes, in most cases you can return your order within our return window. Because many pieces are made to order, we kindly ask that you contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process and confirm eligibility. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
