Joffzart posters are printed on premium matte art paper selected for crisp detail, balanced colour reproduction and a refined low-glare finish. Exact material details may vary by product and production location.

The standard Poster option is supplied unframed. Selected designs are also available as stretched canvas or framed canvas in oak, white or black. Check the selected format before adding an artwork to the cart.

Available sizes vary by artwork and format. Selected designs are offered from 8 × 12 inches (21 × 29.7 cm) up to 39 × 63 inches (100 × 160 cm). The product page shows every size currently available for that artwork.

Colours can appear slightly different depending on screen brightness, display settings and the selected print material. Small variations between a digital screen and a physical print are normal.

Yes. Joffzart artworks are printed and prepared after an order is placed, according to the selected design, size and format.

Poster prints are packed in a protective tube or flat packaging depending on size and destination. Canvas and framed artworks receive additional protection around the surface, edges and corners.

Joffzart ships to selected destinations across Europe and other international markets. Shipping availability, methods and charges are confirmed for your address at checkout.

Orders are generally printed and prepared within 2 to 4 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is usually 2 to 4 business days for Europe and the United Kingdom, and 3 to 5 business days for the United States and Canada. Other destinations vary by location and carrier. These times are estimates and can be affected by customs, busy periods, weather or carrier delays.

Yes. A shipping confirmation email is sent after dispatch with the available tracking details. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active after the label is created.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or handling charges. These costs are not included unless clearly stated at checkout and are determined by the destination authorities.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the damaged artwork and photos of the packaging. Our support team will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution where applicable.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving an eligible item. It must be unused, in its original condition and returned in the original packaging. Custom or personalised products may not be eligible. Contact support before sending anything back because our registered office is not a customer return address.

Handle the poster with clean, dry hands and avoid excessive moisture or prolonged direct sunlight. For presentation and protection, display it inside a suitable frame.
